Each year, The Salvation Army assists more than 4.5 million individuals during Thanksgiving and the Christmas holidays, offering food, clothing, toys and fellowship to many who would otherwise be forgotten. We ship worldwide via UPS or Priority Mail. However, additional fees will be applied for orders outside of the Contiguous 48 United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, APO's, Military and all other countries).
All orders over $50.00 will be shipped for free anywhere within the Continental United States. If your order is less than $50.00 you will be billed a rate shown at checkout. If your total order is over $50.00 shipping will be FREE.
If placing an order to be shipped outside of the Contiguous 48 United States, or to APO's or other Military addresses, we will contact you with shipping rates after we receive your online order. To insure shipment, please verify your contact information before submitting your order.
You will also be responsible for all duty fees. Please remember, this only applies to international shipments.
All orders are shipped via UPS or Priority Mail.
Larger Items - UPS Ground Service (usually between 3 to 7 business days)
Smaller Items - Priority Mail (between 3-7 business days)
- No Sales Tax for customers outside the State of Maine. Maine residents will be accessed the standard 5.5% sales tax.
For additional fees, we offer UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day, and other shipping services. These services are optional and are offered on our shopping cart.
Note: UPS Ground and Priority mail are the only free shipping services we offer - all other requested shipping fees will be charged to your order.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a UPS Order Tracking Number via email.
When you place an order on the Country Sleigh Online Store, we will send you an email confirmation. The email includes your Country Sleigh Order Identification Number. It is extremely important that you provide us with a current and correct email address so that you receive this important message.
Should you decide to cancel an order, a 15% restocking fee shall be assessed to cover handling, credit card or bank fees. This only applies if we have already processed your card. If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for shipping both ways.
In order to cancel your order you must notify us immediately after your order was placed. You can email us at email@example.com with Cancel My Order as your subject heading and with your order #(mandatory), or call us at 1-877-693-6753(between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time).
If you entered information incorrectly, please contact us immediately at 1-877-693-6753 (between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time) or via email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will gladly make the necessary corrections or cancel the order for you.
Your order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped and is in transit. If this situation should occur, please contact us via email email@example.com, or call 1-877-693-6753 (between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time). Please note: you will be refunded for the cost of the product only. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
